Mother What?

M.O.A.B which stands for Mother Of All Burgers, is now available for you to try and conquer at B-52's Burgers & Brew in Inver Grove Heights, MN. What does a burger like this consist of you ask? Well... I"ll tell you! But first, if anyone knows Adam Richman of Man vs. Food, could you please pass this on to him...
GOOD LUCK!

The M.O.A.B. starts off with a 15" French loaf that by itself would be hard to finish in one sitting. Keep going? Ok! Now we'll add two pounds of ground beef seasoned and cooked just right and broken down to four individual half pound burgers. Throwing in the towel yet? Next, we'll add two fried eggs, bacon and cheddar cheese. Yes I said fried eggs! At this point you're probably thinking... "That's enough." NOPE! Lets continue now by adding some BBQ pulled pork, some more delicious pepper jack cheese and finish this beast off with some onion tanglers for good measure.

When most people are probably thinking this is crazy, others will dive right in to take on the challenge and I wish them all the luck, they'll need it!. I was their inaugural victim, yes victim, because I could only finish half when I started to feel the effects of being full kick in. Besides being eye popping, the flavor was actually really good and in fact I recommended they put it on their menu for good and of course in a more reasonably sized portion.

I almost forget....there's a basket of fries that goes with it as well and it's not a small basket either. Think you can finish the challenge now? For those of you who think you can, I wish you luck and you WILL need it. Competitive eater or not, the M.O.A.B. is no walk in the park and shouldn't be taken lightly. For those of you who actually do finish this monstrosity... you'll not only receive a free shirt for your efforts, you'll also enjoy the bragging rights that you could actually finish. While you're there, check out the buffalo chicken dip and tell them I sent you!

GOOD LUCK!
